A Reference parcel (Farmer's block) is defined as continuous area of agricultural land with a minimum area of 0.01 hectare. The boundaries of Reference parcel should be identifiable in terrain. The physical or legal entity should carry out the agricultural activity on a given Reference parcel under its own name and responsibility. And the Reference parcel is represented by continuous piece of one type of agricultural cover/culture (defined in details by National Regulation 307/2014 Coll.) or ecological focus area. Tato datová sada je vytvořena v souladu s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a rady (EU) č. 2021/2115 a č. 2021/2116 a v souladu se Zákonem 252/1997 Sb. o zemědělství. This dataset was created in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and the Council, Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the European Parliament and the Council and in accordance with Act 252/1997 Coll on agriculture. Reference parcels are generated by the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (Paying Agency) by photointerpretation and digitisation of orthoimagery in scale 1: 600 - 1: 800. The boundaries of Reference parcels are updated based on actual orthophotos, that are captured and created by Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (metadata: https://geoportal.cuzk.cz/). Besides that, Reference parcels are updated continuously during the year on the basis of inputs from geospatial aplication, results of systematic field visits and interpretations of satellite imagery, provided as part of the annual on-the-spot checks.
