Výsledkem nástroje je linie výškového profilu rozdělená na úseky stoupání, rovinu a klesání s hodnotami skutečné délky, maximální/minimální nadmořské výšky, celkového stoupání, celkového klesání, převýšení a sklonu každého úseku. Výpočet lze provést nad digitálním modelu povrchu 1. generace převedeného do rastrového formátu s rozlišením 2 m, digitálním modelu reliéfu 5. generace převedeného do rastrového formátu s rozlišením 2 m, nebo nad digitálním modelu reliéfu 4. generace převedeného do rastrového formátu s rozlišením 5 m. Výběr modelu je nastavován v parametru "Model". Před konstrukcí profilu je možné nastavit volitelný parametr vzorkování (SampleDistance), tedy požadované rozlišení linie. Geoprocessing service Profile is a public service intended for profile construction using the digital terrain or digital surface model. The result is an elevation profile line divided into ascent parts, plain and decline with values of the actual length, minimum/maximum elevation, total ascent, total descent, vertical drops and slope of each part. User can use digital surface model of the 1st generation rasterized to 2 m resolution, digital terrain model of the 4th generation rasterized to 2 m resolution, or digital terrain model of the 5th generation rasterized to 5 m resolution. Selection of the input model is set in "Model" parameter. Before the construction of the profile user can set optional parameter for sampling (SampleDistance), which means the required resolution of the line. Služba umožňuje provádět prostorové analýzy nad zdrojovými daty DMP a DMR přímo na serveru.
