Zároveň služba umožňuje transformace mezi souřadnicovými referenčními systémy stanovenými směrnicí INSPIRE: ETRS89-LAEA, ETRS89-LCC, ETRS89-TM33 a ETRS89-TM34, a to včetně transformace výšek v systému EVRS. Dále služba umožňuje transformace mezi souřadnicovými referenčními systémy WGS 84 / UTM 33, WGS 84 / UTM 34 a WGS 84 / Pseudo-Mercator. Služba využívá výpočetní modul programu ETJTZU 2019 verze 2019-10-01 schválený ČÚZK pro transformaci mezi ETRS89 a S-JTSK pomocí zpřesněné globální transformace použitelné pro data získaná pomocí GNSS v období od 1. 1. 2018. Střední polohová chyba transformace mezi systémy S-JTSK a ETRS89 (ETRF2000) při použití služby dosahuje hodnoty mp = 0.036 m na území ČR. Střední polohová chyba transformace mezi systémy ETRS89 (ETRF2000) a WGS 84 (G873) při použití služby dosahuje hodnoty mp = 0.040 m na území ČR. Poskytované operace jsou uvedeny ve vlastnostech služby (GetCapabilities). Službu je možné použít samostatně nebo jako součást dalších služeb a aplikací. Zájemcům o přepočty souřadnic je na stránkách Geoportálu ČÚZK zpřístupněn klient služby - aplikace Transformace souřadnic. Služba splňuje technické pokyny pro INSPIRE služby transformace souřadnic v. 2.1 a zároveň splňuje standard OGC WCTS 0.4.0. The INSPIRE WCTS coordinate transformation service is an online service that enables conversion of digital geospatial data between the S-JTSK, S-JTSK/05, ETRS89 and WGS84 coordinate reference systems, including height transformation between the ETRS89 (GRS80), Bpv and WGS 84 systems. The service also enables transformations between the coordinate reference systems defined by the INSPIRE Directive: ETRS89-LAEA, ETRS89-LCC, ETRS89-TM33 and ETRS89-TM34, including height transformation in the EVRS system. Furthermore, the service enables transformations between the WGS 84 / UTM 33, WGS 84 / UTM 34 and WGS 84 / Pseudo-Mercator coordinate reference systems. The service uses the computational module of the ETJTZU 2019 programme, version 2019-10-01, approved by ČÚZK for transformation between ETRS89 and S-JTSK using an improved global transformation applicable to data acquired using GNSS from 1 January 2018 onwards. The mean positional error of transformation between the S-JTSK and ETRS89 (ETRF2000) systems when using the service reaches mp = 0.036 m across the Czech Republic territory. The mean positional error of transformation between the ETRS89 (ETRF2000) and WGS 84 (G873) systems when using the service reaches mp = 0.040 m across the Czech Republic territory. The available operations are listed in the service capabilities (GetCapabilities). The service can be used independently or as part of other services and applications. A client interface for coordinate transformations – the Coordinate Transformation application – is available to users on the ČÚZK Geoportal website. The service complies with the INSPIRE Technical Guidance for Coordinate Transformation Services version 2.1 and simultaneously with the OGC WCTS 0.4.0 standard.
