Landscape Feature of Czech Republic
The Landscape feature dataset is created by merging the four categories of woody, stony, wet and grassy features from the feature classes in the Ecological Focus Area dataset. The types of Ecological focus area elements are defined in National Regulation 307/2014 Coll.

Landscape Features (LF) are generated by the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (Paying Agency) by photointerpretation and digitisation of ortoimagery in scale 1: 600 - 1: 800. The boundaries of Reference Parcel are updated based on actual ortofotos, that are captured and created by Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (metadata: https://geoportal.cuzk.cz/).Besides that, Landscape Features are updated continuosly during the year, on the basis of initiatives for updates (e.g. from farmers, land owners), and results of systematic field visits provided as a part of the annual on-the-spot checks.
