Download service provides pre-defined files containing data of official boards of individual offices of the Czech Office of Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre. The service is publicly available, free-of-charge and enables downloading of predefined data files for individual offices. Data is provided in json-ld data format and compliant with a Czech standard for official boards.

Service was created on the the Directive on construction of spatial data infrastructure in the European Community (INSPIRE), which is valid from 15 May 2007. Into national legislation in the Czech Republic, the Directive was transposed by the Act No. 380/2009 Coll., amending Act No. 123/1998 Coll., establishing the right to information on the environment, as subsequently amended, and Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and amending and supplementing certain acts related to its introduction, as amended. Full transposition was supplemented by Decree No. 103/2010 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act to provide environmental information.
