INSPIRE theme Cadastral Parcels (CP)
Dataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive and ELF Data Specification version 1.0. Data contains boundaries of cadastral units, parcels and parcel numbers. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Data is available only in those cadastral units, where the cadastral map is in digital form - (to the 2026-01-19 it is 99.40% of the Czech territory, i.e. 78 391.95km2). Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). Data in the GML 3.2.1 format is valid against XML Definition Schema for the theme Cadastral Parcels in version 4.0 and against spatial data scheme for ELF in version 1.0. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. The cadastral map in the form of digital or digitized map was created at the renovation of the cadastre by new mapping or revision of analogue maps or it is a result of tranformation of digital representation of analogue map in S-JTSK datum to digital form. The cadastral map is maintained (updated) continuously. Cadastral units, parcels and their boundaries are for INSPIRE published only for the territories where a digital map exists. No cadastral districts or parcels overlaps. National cadastral reference is created by the number of cadastral unit, dash and number of the parcel including both parts. In cadastral units where the parcels of land and building parcels are numbered in two rows, for the building parcels "st. " is added to be possible to distinguish them from parcels of land. The number of cadastral unit and parcel is provided separately in the Czech legislative, i.e. not with a dash as in the national cadastral reference. Historic data are not included in the data published in frame of INSPIRE.
