Cadastral map in DGN and DXF formats published through e-shop
Cadastral map is a binding state map series of large scale. Its contents are points of minor horizontal geodetic control, planimetry and map lettering. Vector cadastral map is provided for free in DGN and DXF format. It contains features from Digital cadastral map (DKM) and Digitized cadastral map (KMD), which are geodetic point fields, buildings, boundaries of parcels, cadastral boundaries, cadastral parcels, features of orientation map, boundaries of easements and other features of a map. According to the usage of DGN format, there are no symbols on the lines and arcs are substituted by polylines. To the 2026-01-19, vector map covers 99.40% of the Czech territory, i.e. 78 391.95km2. Cadastral map is a part of the Informatioon system of the Cadastre of the Real Estates. This system is a source of information used to legal protection of the real estates, taxes, environment, agriculture and forestry, mineral resources, cultural heritage, territorial development, pricing of the real estates, scientific, economic, statistical and educational uses and for the creation of other information systems.

Data are originated in the Information System of the Real Estates. The cadastral map in the form of digital or digitized map was created at the renovation of the cadastre by new mapping or revision of analogue maps or it is a result of tranformation of digital representation of analogue map in S-JTSK datum to digital form. Files published in the cadastral vector map in the DXF and DGN formats via e-shop are updated monthly. Cadastral units, parcels and their boundaries are published only for the territories where a digital map exists. No cadastral districts or parcels overlaps. In cadastral units where the parcels of land and building parcels are numbered in two rows, for the building parcels "st. " is added to be possible to distinguish them from parcels of land. The number of cadastral unit and parcel is provided separately in the Czech legislative, i.e. not with a dash as in the national cadastral reference. Historic data are not included in the data.
