Current changes in RÚIAN data for purpose territorial elements in the VFR format
Dataset contains current changes in RÚIAN data for purpose territorial elements (UUP) for the whole state. Dataset contains Mining leases and Protected deposit areas, for which at least one of their attributes has changed on the selected day. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). Data is created once a month in RÚIAN exchange format (VFR), which is based on XML language and fulfils the GML 3.2.1 standard (according to ISO 19136:2007). Each dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. More in the Act No. 111/2009 Coll., on the Basic Registers, in Decree No. 359/2011, Coll., on the Basic Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates.

Definition of Purpose territorial elements (UUP) is stated in Section 31 paragraph 2 of Act No. 111/2009 Coll., on the basic registers. UUP are defined by another legal regulation where it is also stated, who is their editor and which data are kept about them in RÚIAN. Mining leases were implemented as UUP on 1st April 2022 according to the Act No. 88/2021 Coll., which amends the mining law, and the Czech Mining Authority is their editor. Protected deposit areas were ) implemented as UUP on 30th November 2022 2022 according to the Act No. 88/2021 Coll., which amends the mining law, and the Ministry of the Environment is their editor.
