INSPIRE coordinate grid Grid_ETRS89-GRS80
The coordinate grid constructed in the ETRS89-GRS80 projection divides the mapped territory into bands defined by meridians on the GRS80 ellipsoid and zones defined by parallels on the GRS80 ellipsoid. The ETRS89-GRS80 coordinate grid is designed as a pan-European standard to ensure interoperability of data with geodetic coordinates, particularly orthoimage data and elevation data.
