The Names of the States and Their Selected Territorial parts - Europe

The publication contains an overview of standardised names of states and their territorial parts as of the year of publication. The names of states are given in both short and complete forms, transcribed into the Latin alphabet according to the relevant rules. In addition to the rules for transcription into the Latin alphabet, the publication also contains two-letter alphabetical codes of states, names of the capital cities of states in their official languages, Czech variants of the names of states, a number of other interesting data (e.g. language codes) and an index.
